Privacy policy

This policy explains how Briliant Global Lojistik Limited Şirketi ("we") processes personal data on briliant-global.com, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process and why

• Requests and applications. When you use a form, we process the details you enter (such as name, company, email, phone, shipment details, CV) to answer your request, prepare an offer or assess your application. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (KVKK art. 5(2)(c), (f); GDPR art. 6(1)(b), (f)).
• Technical data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and time of access to deliver the pages and protect them against misuse. These data are not used to identify you.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The website stores only your language choice in a small cookie.

Recipients and transfers abroad

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Form messages are delivered to our email mailbox at Google (Gmail). Both providers may process data outside Türkiye, including in the European Union and the United States, under standard contractual safeguards. Where a shipment requires it, we pass the necessary data to carriers, customs brokers and authorities.

How long we keep data

Requests are deleted after 12 months unless they lead to a contract, in which case statutory retention periods apply. Applications are deleted 6 months after the position has been filled, unless you agree to a longer period.

Your rights

You can ask whether we process your data and request information, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and, under the GDPR, request data portability (KVKK art. 11; GDPR art. 15–21). Write to info@briliant-global.com. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or a data protection authority in the EU.
